Our BUILD class is a fun, effective, new way to train that intersects function, aesthetics, and proper movement patterns like you’ve never experienced.
This program has one lower body day and one upper body day each week. In this class you will:
Combine functional movements, bodybuilding movements, rehabilitation exercises, and mobility in low intensity circuits.
Honor movement quality and mechanics over load and intensity.
Improve joint integrity and help reduce pain and inflammation while building lean strong muscle.
Improve movement patterns, mobility and flexibility
Help rehabilitate nagging injuries from overuse.
Correct imbalances by working with new loading patterns and movement angles
Feel great and refreshed, not worn out and beat up.
Build a rock solid core with effective, new methods.
