Our Foundations program is designed for those people who are brand new to this type of training.
During these three personal training sessions, you'll receive:
- An assessment of your fitness level and personal goals
- A tour of our facility
- Detailed instruction on movements and exercises
- An overview of our program, training methods, and class options
- Fun but challenging workouts that are appropriate for YOU!
