This Week At Altitude Athletics

Monday

We’ll start off strong this week with IWT! Lots of different stuff to get through today, first is thrusters & rowing, then DB box step overs and jump rope, and then we’ll finish off with a core circuit.

Tuesday

Deadlifts today, followed by a chipper of DB snatch, pull-ups, ball slams, and air squats.

Wednesday

Bench Press and Aussie rows, then a burner with lunges, swings, sit ups, and rowing.

Thursday

We’ve got a Clean complex first, and then a EMOM with rowing and burpees. Today’s is a challenging workout, but fun!

Friday

Sets of 8x Front Squat and planks for strength, and then 4x short AMRAP’s with a bit of rest thrown in.
