We’ll be working on Z-Presses and bent over rows followed by an EMOM of wall balls and burpees. Next some lower body/glute-focused accessory work with banded walks, hip extensions, banded tempo squats and good mornings.

The first complex is going to wake up your lower body with deadlifts and box jumps. Moving on to an AMRAP with rowing, weighted step ups, hang power cleans, and toes to bar. Finishing with some mobility work.
To start the day we’ll do power cleans, burpees and bike for calories. For some conditioning we’ll be back squatting and rowing for calories. To finish off the day we’ve got a little accessory work with handstand holds (or taps if you’d like), ring rows and mixed carry kettlebell walks.
Finishing up our work week we’ve got a weighted pull ups and bench press combination. Once we’ve worked through that we do alternating dumbbell snatches, kettlebell swings and air squats. To complete the day hop on a rower or a bike and burn through as many calories as you can with the time remaining.
