For the last workout of the year we’ll start with some heavier hang power cleans, and then move into a workout with wall balls, plank shoulder taps, time on the Ski Ergs and rope climbs.

Let’s jump into the new year, literally! Jump squats and jumping rope will be the first part of the workout, followed by bench press and weighted step ups. Ending the workout with a Ski Erg relay!
Working with a tempo back squat and box jumps to start the day. Then we’ll move in to a complex with rowing, manmakers, and rope climbs.
Kettlebells, kettlebells, and more kettlebells! Floor press is first on the agenda, followed by weighted hollow rocks, floor press in a glute bridge, and flutter kicks. Next we’ll partner up to do some kipping pull ups and squat cleans. Finishing with a decently long row.
