STRENGTH

Work to 70% of 1RM Power Clean

10 minutes EMOM: 3x Power Cleans

 

METCON

3 Rounds against 5 min clock:

400m run, then AMRAP with remaining time:

10x Weighted Step ups

10x Ring Dips/Bar Dips/Bench Dips

1x Rope Climb
