Crossfit

Strength/Skill

1. Work to 1 RM Push Press

WOD

2.  5 rounds of 2 min amrap:
Max rep burpee box jump
Rest 1 min b/w rounds

Cool down & Mobiliy

3. max plank hold
OH wall stretch

Weightlifting 

1.  Front squat - 1 RM

2. Clean - 6 x 2

3. WWP
Four rounds:
- 8 weighted lunges (4/4)
- 8 back extensions (weighted)
- 8 Bent rows (dumbbell or barbell)
- 1m plank
