Tuesday

Strength skill: Strict press
WOD: run, sprint


Wednesday

WOD 1: Dumbbell hang clean, burpee, bike
WOD 2: Goblet squat, box jump, run


Thursday

Strength/Skill: Back squat
WOD : Pull-ups, Shoulder to overhead, deadlifts, air squat, power clean


Friday


Strength/Skill: Dumbbell  bench press, aussie rows
WOD: AMRAP of box step overs, wall balls

 

Endurance

Monday

Strength/Skill: Bulgarian split squat, shuttle sprint
WOD: AMRAP of wall ball, burpee box jump


Wednesday

Strength/Skill: Pull ups, dips
WOD: Air squat, kettle bell swing


Friday

Strength/Skill: Dumbbell thruster, farmer's carry
WOD: AMRAP step up and overs, battle rope, double unders

 

Weightlifting 

Monday

Snatch + front squat

Thursday

Clean and Jerk + back squat
