Weekly Workout Plan
Another week, another opportunity to challenge yourself! Great chances to show some progress this week with a 1RM push press and taking a shot at Helen later in the week!
Strength/Skill: Overhead and scapula work with handstand holds, static hangs, and ring rows.
WOD: Partner workout with row, run, and bike.
WODs: Part One - Dumbbell hang cleans paired with bike and planks. Part Two - back squat, box jumps, and run. Part three - behind the neck strict press, good morning, and bird dogs.
Strength/Skill: Deadlift supersetted with hanging leg raises.
WOD: AMRAP of pushups, cal ski, box jumps, goblet squat, ball slam
Strength/Skill: Test out push press.
WOD: Short sprints of burpee box jumps.
Strength/Skill: Sets of overhead squats
WOD: Benchmark WOD - "Helen"
Strength/Skill: Curl to press and bent rows.
WOD: Partner row, run, bike.
Strength/Skill: Deadlift paired with planks
WOD: Long workout of dumbbell snatch, knees to elbow, push ups, box jumps, kettlebell swings, and ball slams.
Strength/Skill: Goldet squats and box jumps.
WOD: Rounds of calorie row, burpees, pullups, and farmers carry.
