Lets get back on track with Back Squats and a bodyweight conditioning circuit. Get some volume on the legs!


Press / Overhead work first, followed by our next benchmark workout "Christine" - one of our favorites - its got rowing, deadlifts and box jumps.


Dumbbell Squats followed by 2 short AMRAPs of pull ups, wall balls, and KB swings. 


Single leg work and a chipper! Great way to end the week here. Nothing heavy just lots of reps.
