See whats happening in our CrossFit classes this week!

Monday

First up is Deadlifts, followed by an AMRAP with some DB push presses and burpees.

Tuesday

We’ll be working on volume of dips and pull ups for the first 10 minutes, and then a long team chipper workout.

Wednesday

Interval Weight Training today… Power Clean + Row, and Bench Press + Bike. We’ll have some sleds to finish off the day.

Thursday

Upper body KB Work, followed by a rowing/biking/sled pull grinder.

Friday

Front Squats heavy to finish off the week! A countdown of calories and DB exercises will be a good burner.
