UPCOMING EVENTS!!!

Sat, Oct 6th @ 9:30am - "Foundations" Workshop with Angie Kelley

Sat, Nov 10th - Barbells For Boobs Fundraiser 

 

Monday

We are kicking off the week with DB Bench presses and bent rows, along with a countdown of deadlifts and box jumps. 

 

Tuesday

Interval Weight Training today, with Front Squat & Bike sprints, DB Snatch & Burpees, and then and circuit of some structural movements.

 

Wednesday 

Some core strength work followed by a bodyweight conditioning circuit.

 

Thursday

Heavy goblet squats, then and E4MOM of running and burpee box jumps.

 

Friday

Some light clean work followed by a Row, bench press, pull-up circuit.
