This Week at Altitude
Monday
Strength today is push presses and rotational MB slams, followed up with row, walking lunges, and renegade rows.
Tuesday
Strength for the lower body with front squats and some single leg slideboard work, followed up with run, kb swing, wall ball for conditioning.
Wednesday
Stamina today is a long steady effort with lots of aerobic work, rotational movements, and iso holds.
Thursday
We hit some intervals today with clean + press and row, then deadlift and sled push. Part 3 is some structural balance work for the upper body.
Friday
Our last session this week is pull-ups and rows for strength followed by a pair of shorter AMRAPs with bike and goblet squat and row and rack carries.
