Here’s what to expect:

  • Check your email and set up your Zen Planner account - use it to register for your first class.

  • Come in 10 minutes early on day 1 to meet the coach, review your experience, training goals, and answer questions about the workouts.

  • Try to get 3 workouts in during your week trial to experience a blend of our strength, stamina, and interval workouts.
