This Week At Altitude
Tuesday
We come back after a long weekend with a barbell complex of squat cleans and front squats, then into some conditioning that has single leg work and rowing.
Wednesday
Today is going to be interval weight training, with bench press and echo bike up first, followed by a KB complex and sprint combo second. We’ll use the final portion on some core work.
Thursday
Strength today is upper body pulling and overhead pressing, with conditioning including Turkish get ups, slideboard work, and med balls.
Friday
Strength is Deadlifts and some single leg RDLs, with conditioning being a split with running, carries, and bodyweight movements.
