IWT emphasis week 2
Monday
IWT emphasis again this week with some lower body emphasis for monday. We start with DB jump squats and bike, followed up with barbell lunges and row. Our 3rd segment has durability work for the hips and knees.
Tuesday
IWT with an upper body focus today, with bench press and rowing in part 1, and DB snatch and shuttle sprints in part 2. Part 3 works the upper back and shoulders.
Wednesday
Breaking up the intensity today with stamina, lots of core work mixed into our aerobic efforts.
Thursday
Strength today is going to be a barbell complex with a total body hit. We have a grinder of pull ups, push ups, KB carries and slideboards for the conditioning.
Friday
Our last IWT has deadlifts and sprints, followed by KB Swings and bike. The last segment is hip durability work.
