This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength has our 12 min density format of hang clean + front squat and pull-ups. Our conditioning includes DB walking lunge, sprawls, curls, and rowing to hit the legs and the upper body pulling muscles.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training has Push Press and Echo bike first, followed by KB swings and Bike Erg sprints next. Part 3 accessory work is for the upper body.
Wednesday
Stamina breaks up our week of lifting and focuses on aerobic work, rotational and isometric exercises for strength balance.
Thursday
Intervals here has Back Squat and Shuttle Sprints first, and then Landmine Clean + Press with rowing second. Part 3 is core and lower back work.
Friday
Our last session this week is RDL and Bench Presses for strength, followed by a KB complex for conditioning.
