This Week At Altitude
Monday
Interval weight training today has DB snatch and echo bike followed by barbell jump squats and C2 bike sprints. Finisher is an upper body segment with some pull ups and other accessory work.
Tuesday
IWT again today with KB Sumo deadlifts and Slideboards first, followed by a barbell complex and rowing second. The last segment today will be a mix of core work.
Wednesday
Stamina today is rowing, biking, and some bodyweight work in a 38 min steady session.
Thursday
IWT number three as we have KB Swings and shuttle sprints first, with Push Press and rowing second. Part 3 will be upper body focused.
Friday
Strength today is Deadlifts and Split Squats in a lower body superset. The conditioning segment is a 15 min AMRAP with some unilateral DB work and slideboard movements.
