Monday
Interval Weight Training
Part 1 is DB Snatch and Echo Bike sprints, then KB Front Squats and Bike Erg for part 2. The third segment is building the upper back and shoulders.
Tuesday
Strength + Conditioning
Barbell Floor press and bent over rows up first for some push and pull work. Then we have a 4x4 minute AMRAP with a row into swings, burpees, and air squats.
Wednesday
Stamina session - 36 minutes long doing a mix of erg and light movements to keep the pace steady.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training
Power Cleans and rowing for part 1, and then back squats and bike for part 2. Part 3 will focus on lower back and hips.
Friday
Strength + Conditioning
Barbell Complex for strength today. Hitting it with some bike and KB intervals for the conditioning.
