Tuesday
Strength today is deadlifts and hip extensions, followed by a series of 5 minute conditioning circuits with presses, step ups, and rowing.
Wednesday
Our only day off from strength this week is stamina with a couple of 16 minute segments on the bike and rower for a 32 minute session.
Thursday
Strength is Push Press and pull ups here, followed by a 15 min EMOM with carries, row, and single arm thrusters.
Friday
Front squats first for strength and then shuttle sprints with DB burpees for conditioning.
