Strength Cycle Week 4
Monday
We’re starting the week off with Deadlifts and a conditioning effort full of swings, jump lunges, and toes to bar.
Tuesday
Interval weight training today has a barbell complex with C2 bike sprints, and then DB snatches and shuttle sprints in part 2.
Wednesday
Our stamina workout today helps split up the week of lifting and get some good movement in. Lots of rotational and lateral work mixed in today.
Thursday
Strength is Push Press and Row, followed up by a grinder with some more push and pull patterns mixed in.
Friday
Squats to wrap up the week of training. The conditioning is a momentum building workout with emphasis on legs and core.
