Begin Power / IWT Cycle

Monday

Interval Weight Training

We begin this new cycle of IWT workouts today, with our first day including Push Press + Row in part 1, and heavy Lunges and Bike in part 2. The last segment will be upper back/shoulder accessory work.

Tuesday

Interval Weight Training

Second IWT session this week is Deadlifts and sprints followed by DB Snatch and echo bike. Part 3 is lower back and hip accessory.

Wednesday

Stamina

We’ll break up the week with a stamina session today, 36 minutes long with some steady rowing and running and biking to flush out the system with a little bit of bodyweight movement as well.

Thursday

Strength

Today we’ll front squat for strength and then hit a grindy KB complex of work for conditioning.

Friday

Interval Weight Training

Last IWT for the week includes hang power cleans and rowing, followed by KB swings and Running. Last part is a core circuit today.
