Monday
Strength + Conditioning
An overhead barbell complex for strength today as we get into the final stamina week. The conditioning portion won’t be too rough, and has mostly bodyweight and running to it.
Tuesday
Stamina
This 1 of 3 stamina sessions this week, going 36 minutes today with a good mix of running, and rowing and a lot of our typical formatting for these workouts.
Wednesday
Stamina
We’ll go 40 minutes today, so just a little longer, but incorporate quite a bit of biking, rowing, and jump rope along with core work to keep the heart rate controlled.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training
We have some sprint efforts today, with part 1 being thrusters and running, and part 2 hang squat cleans and biking. The final section is durability work for the low back, hips.
Friday
Final stamina session for the cycle. We move to Anaerobic / Sprint stuff next week. This one is going to be 34 minutes today, nothing we’re not used to at this point.
Saturday
BUILD class for a good combo of injury prevention and strength building.
