Monday

Strength + Conditioning

We’ve got a clean complex up first for strength, followed by an ascending rep scheme with DB front squats, burpees, and rowing.

Tuesday

Interval Weight Training

First IWT this week has push press + row, then deadlift + Bike sprints. We will do upper body work at the end.

Wednesday

Stamina

Today is 37 minutes long, working on a steady paced effort that keeps the intensity a little lower then the last few days.

Thursday

Strength + Conditioning

This is going to be Seated KB Presses first, followed up with a 16 minute circuit of KB and bodyweight exercises.

Friday

Interval Weight Training

Hang power cleans + jump rope up first, and then Back Squats and Bike for part 2.

Saturday

BUILD

Strength, Stability and Durability focused.
