This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re starting this week with heavy deadlifts and and box jumps as a complex for strength/power. The conditioning work will include Rowing, KB Front rack carries, and pushup variations.
Tuesday
Intervals today are going to be power clean + push press with echo bikes, followed by weighted jump squats and sprints. Core accessory work to finish.
Wednesday
Sticking with midweek stamina efforts for now. These are aerobic based workouts with strength balance and bodybuilding work mixed in for durability.
Thursday
Back rack lunges and sled drags for part 1, followed by DB Squat Cleans and Bike sprints in part 2.
Friday
Seated Strict Press and Pull ups today in our strength portion, followed by a 15 min EMOM that builds in intensity.
