Monday

We’re hitting incline DB bench press and pull-ups for strength today to start off the week, into a split of shorter work sets for conditioning.

Tuesday

Ski Conditioning 5 - power endurance and durability

Wednesday

Stamina mid week will give us some breathing and lighter movements that can split the week up and give us a little active recovery.

Thursday

Ski Conditioning 6 - sport specific strength and conditioning

Friday

Hang Clean + Push Press for strength, followed by a 15 min grind conditioning with some sled work.
