This Week At Altitude
Monday
We start off this week with our back squat strength day, and we’re adding 1 rep to each set. Those who have been hitting this for 2 weeks can try to maintain the same weight as last week. Conditioning will be an EMOM format with DB cleans, Renegade rows, rowing and jump lunges.
Tuesday
Our IWT this week comes in with Bench Press + Row in part 1, followed by Deadlifts and sled pushes in part 2. Our final segment is upper back / thoracic work.
Wednesday
Stamina breaks up the week of lifting and focuses on settling into a steady pace on bikes and slideboards, with a mix of isometric, rotation, and unilateral work.
Thursday
T-bar rows and curls today for strength followed by a fun KB complex with jump rope for conditioning.
Friday
Seated Strict Press and tricep pushdowns for strength, into a density style conditioning portion with med balls and bodyweight movements mixed in.
