This Week At Altitude
Monday
Interval Weight Training to begin the week. We’ll start with Bench Press and rowing in part 1, and KB Swings and echo bike in part 2. Third segment is going to be some core work and rotational movements.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning #7 power endurance and durability
Wednesday
Stamina session is 36 minutes of steady work. Our most aerobic effort of the week emphasizing rowers and bikes.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning #8 sport specific strength and conditioning
Friday
Overhead Presses and Pull-ups for strength, followed by a grind of biking and rowing intervals mixed with some heavy carries.
