This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re hitting narrow grip bench press and tricep extensions for a strength superset first, followed by a split conditioning segment, with 2x 8 min circuits using some pulling muscles and carries.
Tuesday
We’ve got ski conditioning power endurance and durability. Almost done with this program!
Wednesday
Standard stamina format with aerobic work, isometrics, and rotation.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning sport specific strength and conditioning.
Friday
Interval Weight Training here with Dual DB Snatch and Bike Erg, followed by a Push press and rower combo. We hit some core and mobility work to wrap up.
