This Week At Altitude
Monday
Continuing with our strength cycle, we’re moving to sets of 6 with back squats. We’ll try to progress these over the next month or so. Conditioning is two short AMRAPs that emphasize single leg work and core.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training today gives us DB clean and press and rowing, followed up with KB sumo deadlifts and shuttle sprints. A effective combo we’ve done frequently in here. Durability work for the last part.
Wednesday
Stamina today is 36 minutes, standard work in a more aerobic effort to mix things up and give us a break from heavier loading this week.
Thursday
Strength today is push press and barbell bent over row. Conditioning will be a 15 minute grindy effort with some carries and bodyweight work, and rowing.
Friday
Strength again today, with deadlifts. Conditioning will be some echo bike intervals, KB movements, and slideboard core work.
