This Week At Altitude
Begin Strength Cycle
MONDAY
Starting our new strength cycle this week with deadlifts and some isolated hamstring work followed by a series of short AMRAPs with lunges, rowing, and kb swings. Solid start to the week after a long holiday weekend.
TUESDAY
Interval Weight Training today has Hang Power Clean + Push Press into C2 bikes and then DB Snatch and shuttle sprints in part 2. The third part is some upper body accessory and bodybuilding work.
WEDNESDAY
Stamina as usual to break up the week and lower intensity and loading for a day while we get ready for the next to strength focused days.
THURSDAY
Strength today is Strict Press and DB rows with a EMOM format of conditioning that includes some carries and KB work.
FRIDAY
Strength again is front squats, ending the week with some lower body work and a core-heavy conditioning day some slideboards and biking.
