This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’ll start the week with back squats and single leg hip thrusts, paired up with conditioning that includes upper body pulling, cossack squats, and ergs against a short clock.
Tuesday
Today is seated presses and push downs for upper body strength, paired with a conditioning EMOM that has some DB snatches, band work, and echo bikes for 16 min.
Wednesday
Stamina today has slideboards, bikes, and rowers, with lots of emphasis on the core.
Thursday
Intervals today has barbell jump squats + lateral shuffles, then KB sumo deadlifts and bike erg sprints. Our accessory work will hit the upper back area.
Friday
Last strength day for this cycle has T-bar rows and banded curls. The conditioning a 40/20 work:rest format with KB complexes and carries.
