This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength
Today we’re kicking off a new cycle of reverse pyramid strength training. We’ll still be hitting supersets, so today is Back Squat and single leg glute bridge for strength, followed up by a conditioning workout that is a DB complex of split squat, clean and press, and row.
Tuesday
Strength
Today we’ll be doing seated strict presses and tricep push downs for strength first. Conditioning has a couple of shorter circuits of biking and med ball movements, and then KB swings, box jumps, running in part 2.
Wednesday
Stamina
We are hitting a longer aerobic focused workout with some isometrics and core movements built in to mix things up.
Thursday
Strength
T-bar rows and bicep curls first for strength, followed up with a hard EMOM session that includes landmines and carries.
Friday
Intervals
Part 1 we’ve got deadlifts and bike erg sprints, and part 2 is hang cleans and echo bikes. Part 3 is accessory lower body movement.
