This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength today is front squats and DB pullovers, right into a conditioning circuit with running, goblet lunges, and farmer carries.
Tuesday
We have push and pull emphasis for strength today with barbell bench press and ring rows for some horizontal work. Our conditioning is EMOM with gorilla rows, rowing, DB push press and DB step ups.
Wednesday
Mid week stamina session as usual to mix in some aerobic work with isometrics, tempo, and unilateral movement.
Thursday
Interval weight training this week has squat cleans + echo bike, then KB swings and bike erg. Part 3 is our accessory core/hips.
Friday
Hinge emphasis today and we move to single leg hip thrusts with deadlifts. Our conditioning is an 18min grind with some sled work.
