This Week At Altitude
This Saturday, Sept 17th is our next Altitude Sickness Baseline Testing from 930am - 1230pm. Our Anniversary BBQ has been postponed.
If you plan to do the Baseline test this weekend with us, take it easy on your lifts and workouts this week to have a “tapering” effect so you’re fresh for Saturday!
Monday
Overhead pressing and barbell rows to start the week for strength, followed by a KB complex at 90 sec intervals, a middle distance row, and then some more KB complex.
Tuesday
Front Squat today for some lower body work. Conditioning will be running with rack carries and other core work - this one will be harder than it looks.
Wednesday
We’ll get a good aerobic hit today with lots of single arm and single leg work with the bikes and slideboards.
Thursday
Deadlifts for strength training today paired with lighter faster sled pushes. Conditioning is an EMOM grind with med balls and bodyweight.
Friday
IWT today with loaded jumps, shuttle sprints first, and thrusters and rowing second. Part 3 is rotational core work and mobility.
