This Week At Altitude

Monday

Strength cycle continues, starting off the week with push press and bent over row. The conditioning will be short AMRAPs with power cleans, push ups, air squats.

Tuesday

We Deadlift today, trying to build on our previous reps. Conditioning has KB complexes, core work, and shuttles.

Wednesday

Stamina session for 36 minutes of breathing and lighter work before our next couple of days.

Thursday

Interval Weight Training today is Barbell Lunges and C2 Bike, then KB Swings and Rowing for part 2. We’ll finish with a series of accessory movements for shoulders.

Friday

Back squat for strength today, and some jump rope and bodyweight work mixed in with heavy carries.
