Begin Stamina Cycle
Monday
Stamina for today, going 36 minutes has running, wall sits, some biking, core, and little bit of jump rope and slideboard.
Tuesday
IWT today has Clusters and rowing for part 1, and then KB Deadlifts and Echo bikes in part 2. Third segment will be hip and low back accessory work.
Wednesday
Stamina number two this week is a mix of longer biking and bodyweight work, with some moderate rowing and upper body paired together.
Thursday
Strength is going to be Seated Presses and Pull ups, followed up by a shorter, 15 minute AMRAP conditioning.
Friday
Final Stamina day is going to be a little longer, 38 minutes, with lots of core work in there today.
