This Week at Altitude

Monday

We kick off this week with IWT. First segment is DB snatch and Bike, followed by MB Slams and Shuttle sprints. Part 3 is upper body durability and band work.


Tuesday

Strength today is our lower body hinge/squat patterns. We have front squats and DB RDL’s today, followed by conditioning with a DB complex, carries and core work.

Wednesday

Stamina today is our usual set up with 36 minutes of paced work on ergs and slideboards, mixed with a variety of isometrics and rotational movement done with intent and control.

Thursday

Interval Weight Training number 2 is Jump Squats and bikes for part 1, into KB swings and echo bikes in part 2. We finish up with lower body banded durability work.

Friday

We have upper body work for strength today with overhead presses and barbell rows. Conditioning includes rowing, ring push ups, and KB deadlifts.
