This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re going with bench press, barbell row, and bent over fly for an upper body strength circuit here first, followed by a complex of rowing, KB turkish sit ups, swings for conditioning.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning power endurance and durability day.
Wednesday
Stamina breaks up the week with lots of unilateral work built into an aerobic focused session.
Thursday
Ski specific strength and conditioning workout.
Friday
We’ll hit an IWT workout today with Deadlifts and bike, followed up by push press and rowing. Part 3 is shoulders and back accessory work.
