This Week At Altitude
Monday
Our strength cycle continues for a couple more weeks as we push towards those heavy sets of 4 in the press and add a rep to our pull up scheme. Conditioning includes rowing, wall balls, and ring planks.
Tuesday
We’ll hit interval weight training today with power cleans and biking up first, followed by DB jump squats and sprints. Our last segment will be core and upper back work.
Wednesday
Stamina today for some more breathing with slideboards and biking and rowing.
Thursday
Deadlifts today for strength, again going towards those sets of 4. We’ll have conditioning with single leg work, bike sprints and KB swings.
Friday
Front Squats is our final day for strength with some sleds and landmine work for conditioning.
