Strength Cycle Week 4
MONDAY
Strength + Conditioning
We’ve got sets of 5 Back squats this week, as we start to round out this strength cycle. Should be getting used to these heavier weights and pushing from our previous numbers. Conditioning is a little time based effort of rowing, DB burpees, and box jumps.
TUESDAY
Interval Weight Training
IWT this week brings us Dual DB snatch and echo bike, followed by Dual KB Deadlifts and Shuttle sprints. Part 3 is lower back and hip accessory work.
WEDNESDAY
Stamina
Longer, lighter, steady effort today. These are great midweek workouts to help flush out the body from lifting from the first couple of days.
THURSDAY
Strength + Conditioning
Deadlifts, increasing loading from last week as we move to sets of 5. Focusing on small increases each week will help make for big progress long-term and keep things sustainable. Our conditioning is a KB rack lunge, running, and toes to bar workout
FRIDAY
Strength + Conditioning
Strict Press and pull ups today for upper body work. Followed up with some shorter AMRAPs of biking, ball slams, push ups.
