This Week At Altitude

*We are closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday for the Holiday Weekend.

Monday

Strength this week will be Push Press and bent over row. We’ve got a 20 min EMOM style workout to follow with a mix of some bodyweight, dumbbell work, and rowing.

Tuesday

Our last ski conditioning workout for this season! Power Endurance and Durability. And those 7 way hips.

Wednesday

Interval Weight Training today - we’ll give you a good burner before the break. Thrusters and C2 Bike, followed by Deadlifts and rowing. Part 3 is loaded carries and core work.
