Begin Anaerobic / Power Cycle
Monday
Interval Weight Training
We start our new cycle with IWT, looking at hang power cleans + row for part 1, and dual KB deadlifts and echo bike in part 2. Our third segment will be accessory work for the lower body/hips.
Tuesday
Strength + Conditioning
Seated DB press and strict pull-ups for strength today, and then we go into a tough DB complex of burpee, front squat, and calorie row for a shorter conditioning effort today.
Wednesday
Stamina
Our sole stamina workout for the week is 38 minutes, with our standard format and mix of erg and lightly loaded or bodyweight movements.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training
We’ve got back squats and C2 Bike in part 1, then into dual DB snatch and row in part 2. Third segment is shoulders accessory work.
Friday
Interval Weight Training
Final workout this week is another IWT, with thrusters and running first, and jump squats and echo bike for part 2. Last segment is core and lower back durability.
