Strength Cycle Week 2
Monday
Strength
We’re starting off with push press this week, lets try to add to what we did in last week’s session. The conditioning today has some shorter AMRAPs with running and swings and box jumps.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training
IWT today for some short, hard sprint efforts. We’ll have jump squats and rowing first, paired up with DB squat cleans and Bike in part 2. Part 3 will focus on shoulder and upper back.
Wednesday
Stamina
longer effort with a mix of running, rowing, biking, and lighter exercises to keep us moving for 40 minutes today.
Thursday
Strength
RDL’s today, again trying to build into the previous session that we did these. Our conditioning has two separate EMOM’s with bikes and DB complexes.
Friday
Strength
We’ll end the week with pause front squats. Conditioning is a mixture of rowing and barbell complex.
