Tuesday
Ski Conditioning power endurance and durability.
Wednesday
Stamina work with bikes, slideboards, and rowers is 38 minutes of steady breathing.
Thursday
Ski conditioning sport specific strength and conditioning.
Friday
Interval weight training today with dual DB snatches and shuttle sprints, then deadlifts and slideboards in part 2. Part 3 is upper back and shoulder accessory work.
