Strength today - we have seated strict press and pull ups first, and then a DB complex with rowing for our conditioning effort.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning Power Endurance & Durability
Wednesday
Stamina mid week for aerobic work mixed with core, isometrics, and rotational movements.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning sport specific strength and conditioning
Friday
Interval Weight training with bench press and echo bike for the first intervals, and deadlifts and rowing for the second set. We have upper body accessory work to finish up.
