TUESDAY
IWT today includes hang power cleans with box jumps and rowing followed by Deadlift and Run in part 2. Durability work for the third segment to wrap things up.
WEDNESDAY
Stamina will be a series bike, run, and jumprope blended with core and bodyweight work for a longer session today.
THURSDAY
We’ll hit strength today with Floor Press and Pull-ups, followed with conditioning that builds in intensity with Turkish get ups and rowing.
FRIDAY
One more strength day with Barbell Lunges and RDLs, followed with a couple of shorter AMRAPS of bike intervals and a DB power clean, run, squat segment.
