This Week At Altitude

Monday

Starting this week off with IWT - Front squat and row up first, followed by hang power clean and bike sprint second. Upper body accessory work for the last part.

Tuesday

Strength today is push press and bent over row. Some good barbell push and pull followed by a conditioning hit with running, walking lunges, and push ups.

Wednesday

Stamina for our midweek breather. 36 min consistent work helps refresh us for the next two days.

Thursday

IWT today is KB deadlifts and bike erg sprint, followed by devil’s press and shuttle sprints. Third segment is all core work.

Friday

Last workout for the week is Back squats and single leg RDL’s for a lower body superset. The conditioning is an EMOM with some rowing, KB’s and bodyweight stuff thrown in.
