Monday

Strength + Conditioning + Recovery

We’ll begin the week with a barbell complex of cleans and pause squats. Conditioning is a rowing and full body dumbbell circuit.

Tuesday

Ski Conditioning - Power Endurance & Durability

Wednesday

Stamina - long, steady, effort to work control and pacing.

Thursday

Ski Conditioning - Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning

Friday

Interval Weight Training

Thrusters and Echo Bike first, followed up by Deadlifts and C2Bike second. We’ll finish up with upper body strength and accessory work.

Saturday

BUILD

Restorative work for the whole body today.
