This Week At Altitude (10/19 - 10/24)
Monday
Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
First up is deadlifts for our strength segment, followed up by a repeat of 5 min circuits of rowing, step ups, and DB work.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning 3
This one will be power endurance & durability focus
Wednesday
Stamina
Long, steady, density effort to get the lungs going. We use a wide variety of movements to keep from over-fatiguing specific movement patterns and body parts so that we can keep pushing a little longer in this one.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning 4
Strength & Sport specific conditioning
Friday
Interval Weight Training
Power Cleans and Biking up first, followed by Push press and rowing second. We’ll be working high power output, short duration intervals and then finish up with some structural work for shoulders, back and core.
Saturday
BUILD
Restorative and structural work for upper, lower, and midline.
